I too find that people are astonished to learn about fish training. So I astonish as many people as I can! I tell repair people about fish training, and artists, and people at parties, and all sorts of folks who would never have considered such a thing.
I'm fascinated by the vertebrate brain; it is remarkably malleable -- and similar -- across every species I've encountered. Learning stimulates neuronal growth and recircuiting in all sorts of brains. And, as we trainers know, our own brains get quite the workout while we're training other brains. It's a fabulous feedback loop!

LOL Awesome! I remember when the Japanese introduced fish training back in the early 1980s--most people never had thought about it before.
Glad to see that the fish school has got you going.
